Coalescing Filter Element

Coalescing filter element is devided into liquid-liquid coalescing and gas-liquid coalescing.

The filter layer of coalescing filter element produced by our AIDA machinery company is made of hydrophobing material. The surface energy of hydrophobic materials is generally low, and a rough surface can be constructed on low surface energy materials and low surface energy materials can be modified on the rough surface structure to make superhydrophobic materials. So the oil without water can go through, water is separated ti the outside. This coalescing filter element can dry various gases and separate the vapor mist particles separated from the gas.
