Sintered Filter Disc
1. Sintered filter disc is one of the important types of sintered metal filter screen. The sintered filter disc produced by our Aida Machinery Company is mainly used for drying and filtering, and can be reused and cleaned many times. The sintered filter disc has a long service life and is widely used in drying, gas and liquid filtration in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food industry and chemical fiber industry.
We can supply sintered filter discs in the size:
● Material: Monel wire and stainless steel AISI304, AISI316, AISI316L.
● Diameter: 10 mm to 3000 mm.
● Filter Rate: 2 microns to 300 microns.
● Thickness: 1 mm to 5 mm.
● Heat resistance: -200 °c - 600 °c continuous filtration.
