Sintered Metal Fiber Felt
Sintered metal fiber felt is also called metal sintered felt, metal fiber felt. Sintered metal fiber felt is made of extremely fine stainless steel metal fibers (with a diameter of accurate to micrometers) through non-woven laying, stacking and high temperature sintering. The stainless steel sintered felt is formed with different pore diameter layers to form a pore gradient, which can be controlled to obtain extremely high filtration accuracy and larger dirt holding capacity. It has the characteristics of three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, etc., which can continuously maintain the filtering effect of the filter layer.
Due to the above structure and characteristics, the stainless steel sintered felt can effectively make up for the weakness of the metal mesh that is easy to be blocked and easily damaged, and can make up for the fragile and small flow of powder filter products. It has the temperature resistance and resistance that ordinary filter paper and filter cloth cannot match. Because of its high pressure characteristics, stainless steel sintered felt is an ideal filter material with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision.
