The maintenance of hydraulic oil filter element mainly has the following steps:
1. Drain the original hydraulic oil before changing, check the oil return filter element, suction filter element, pilot filter element, and observe whether there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If there is, there may be hydraulic component failure and damage. After troubleshooting, thoroughly clean the system.
2. All hydraulic oil filter elements (suction filter element, return oil filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time when changing the hydraulic oil. Otherwise, it is equivalent to not changing and will not work.
3. It is necessary to accurately identify the label of the hydraulic oil. Different labels and different brands of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed. They may react and deteriorate and produce flocs. It is recommended to use the hydraulic oil officially designated by the excavator.
4. The suction filter element must be installed before adding hydraulic oil, because the pipe port covered by the suction filter element directly leads to the main pump. If the impurities are light, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump.
5. Add the hydraulic oil to the standard position. Generally, there will be an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. Pay attention to the level gauge. Also pay attention to the parking method, generally all the cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.
6. After refueling, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise the whole car will not move temporarily, the main pump will make abnormal noise (air sonic boom), and the main pump will be damaged by cavitation. The method of exhausting air is to directly loosen the pipe joint on the top of the main pump and fill it up directly.
