The standard 5-layer sintered woven wire mesh is a widely used filter material made of five layers of stainless steel wire mesh stacked and vacuum sintered. This five-layer structure usually includes protection layer, filtration control layer, dispersion layer, support skeleton layer and skeleton layer.
- Protective layer. Located on the outermost layer, it is used to protect the internal filter layer from the direct influence of the external environment and prolong the service life of the sintered mesh.
- Filtration control layer. Mainly responsible for the filtration function, through its fine mesh structure to achieve fluid filtration and screening.
- Dispersion layer. Located under the filtration control layer, it helps to disperse the impurities trapped by the filter layer and prevent them from clogging the filter holes.
- Support skeleton layer. Provides support for the sintered mesh to ensure the stability and strength of its overall structure.
