1. Backblowing. Using compressed air or steam from the back of the titanium fiber sintered felt to remove impurities attached to the hole.
2. Backwashing. The clean fluid is introduced from the downstream side of the titanium fiber sintered felt and flows in the opposite direction to flush away the dirt clogged in the hole.
3. Positive washing. A cleaning fluid is introduced from the upstream side of the titanium fiber sintered felt, causing impurities to flow forward with the fluid and be discharged, usually for preliminary cleaning or auxiliary backwashing.
--- Chemical cleaning
1. Pickling. Use an appropriate acidic solution (such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, or citric acid) to dissolve metal oxides or other inorganic impurities on the surface of titanium fiber sintered felt.
2. Alkaline washing. Use an alkaline solution (such as sodium hydroxide) to clean the grease, organic pollutants, etc. on the sintered felt.
3. Ultrasonic cleaning. Placing the titanium fiber sintered felt in an ultrasonic cleaning machine uses ultrasonic cavitation to remove tiny dirt particles.
